We specialise in helping beginners as it is often those who end up in trouble, losing their fish and giving up the fish keeping hobby. We aim to provide help and support at all levels to minimise fish loss and loss on the pocket. We have friendly, knowledgeable, approachable staff with plenty of fish keeping experience. The shop has been established since July 2003 and we have a set of dedicated regular customers. Ely Aquatics is the only shop which is dedicated to tank and pond fish, reptile equipment, and aquarium supplies in Ely. We hold a vast variety of stock and anything that we do not have we can generally special order for you within a couple of weeks. All our fish at Ely Aquatics are imported and quarantined in our own dedicated facilities on site, so that we can provide you with stronger, healthier and fitter livestock. We take pride in our livestock and it is treated as if it were our own until it is bought. We sell mainly Tropical community fish with a few oddballs as well as goldfish which include fancies, aquatic plants and most accessories that you will need in keeping your fish healthy and happy. We also sell reptile equipment, live foods and frozen foods as well as heat bulbs and orchid bark to name a few. Any reptile equipment or food that we do not stock we are happy to order in for you. Please note however, that we do not sell the reptiles themselves at present - but watch this space!.
